If you have a minor injury that means going to A&E or a minor injuries unit is necessary, the Belfast Trust now have a "phone-first" service between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

This allows them to triage you, and aims to avoid you waiting for long periods of time.

 

If a doctor from the practice has told you to go to A&E directly, you do not need to phone ahead.
