If you need an appointment, please ring the Practice on 02890798308 from 8.30 am - 10.30 am Monday to Friday. This time may change. Once the Practice has reached its safe capacity for the day, the doctors will deal with serious acute medical issues only.

We ask that you respect the request for serious/urgent problems only after this time.

NI Direct has published guidelines on the first steps to take in most illnesses (including advising when to see a GP) which can be seen here.

You will be asked to give our care navigators some information about the problem/condition you have contacted the Practice about today. This is to enable the doctors to triage which patients need to be contacted first.

​

A telephone consultation will then by arranged and the doctor will call you back sometime during the same working day. Patients with an urgent problem will be dealt with first.

​

If you need to be seen face to face at the Practice the doctor will arrange this with you. You may be asked to wear a face mask.

Dental Issues

GPs are unable to see and treat any problem relating to your teeth or dental care. You should contact your own dentist in the first instance. After this, you should use the following contact details for the emergency dental service here.

On Arrival at the Practice

On arrival at the practice, please book let the care navigator at reception know that you have arrived. In due course you will be called forward. Should you have any queries, please ask the care navigator on duty at the desk.

Please be Punctual

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to allow it to be offered to someone else.

Urgent Appointments

Patients with urgent problems should ring the practice before 10.00 am and leave a detailed message with the care navigator (if possible) who will pass the details to the doctor. You will then be given an appointment that day or the next day with the GP or healthcare professional.
