We will complete the proper forms for benefits or allowances from the relevant statutory bodies when they are received from the relevant organisation. They are based on your medical record.

We cannot provide 'general letters' about your health or circumstances in support of various applications - such as housing or situational issues. Often, the nature and purpose of such letters is such that they require a full assessment by a variety of multidisciplinary team members and are not funded or necessitated by the NHS. How your condition affects you with respect to a variety of situations is best evaluated by the relevant teams who work on your application from the relevant statutory body.
